Auto Push Sold Out Items accesses only the store data needed to manage sold-out product placement in selected collections.
The app may read product, variant, inventory, collection, and shop information to detect sold-out products, apply merchant-selected collection rules, exclude products by tag, and restore products when inventory returns. The app may update collection product ordering only for collections where push-down is enabled.
The app stores configuration settings such as enabled collections, selected sort order, excluded product tags, continue-selling protection, plan handle, sync timestamps, and activity logs showing push-down or restore actions. This information is used only to provide the app’s functionality and merchant-facing reports.
The app does not sell merchant data, share store data with unrelated third parties, or access customer personal information for its core functionality. Data is retained while the app is installed and may be removed after uninstall according to Shopify app data requirements.
