Hide Out Of Stock & Unlisted is operated by TwntyApps. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and how merchants can request access or deletion of their data.
Information we collect
When a merchant installs or uses the app, we may collect and store the following information:
- Store name, store domain, and store identifier
- Store owner or contact details made available through the platform
- Product information, including product IDs, product titles, product status, product handles, variants, inventory quantities, and inventory tracking settings
- App settings selected by the merchant, such as inventory rules, target product status, redirect settings, and redirect target
- App activity records, including status changes, restore actions, catalog checks, failed events, and timestamps
- Billing plan status, used only to confirm whether app features should be enabled
- Technical logs needed to keep the app secure, reliable, and working correctly
The app does not collect payment card details. Billing and plan selection are handled by the platform’s billing system.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Apply the merchant’s selected inventory visibility rules
- Change matching products to Unlisted, Draft, or Archived
- Restore products to their previous status when inventory comes back
- Create and remove product-page redirects when the merchant enables that option
- Show recent activity and export activity reports
- Confirm whether the merchant has an active app plan
- Troubleshoot errors, prevent duplicate processing, and keep the app reliable
- Respond to merchant support requests
We do not sell merchant data or customer data.
Customer data
The app is designed to manage product visibility and inventory-based product status changes. It does not intentionally collect personal information from store customers.
If customer-related data is ever received through platform privacy requests or required system events, it is used only to comply with those requests and is not used for marketing, profiling, or resale.
Data sharing
We do not sell or rent merchant data.
We may share limited information only when necessary to:
- Provide and operate the app
